All shipments under $100 will be sent using the United States Postal Service. All shipments totaling more than $100 will be sent using FedEx.

In order to receive your refund:
Each product purchased on loksak.com will come with an invoice. To return an item, follow the instructions below. We'll refund your purchase if you:
Call first and receive a RA (return authorization) number and shipping address. 800-355-1126. Do not just send an order back. Return the product unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. Include the invoice with the Reason for Return written on the back of invoice. Return the product within 30 days of the shipment date. If the packaging is damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
A defective bag will be replaced if returned within 30 days after purchase. Please provide proof and date of purchase via a receipt or paid invoice with the defective product.
Note:We will credit your account once the dealer has acknowledged receipt of your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
